Mr. Amit Agarwal – Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Amit Agarwal joined as Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer on Feb 26, 2024. Mr. Agarwal is a seasoned Finance Professional with over two decades of experience across diverse industries such as FMCG and Mining.

Mr. Agarwal joins Pfizer from India’s largest consumer company, Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he spent the last 17 years serving in various roles including Controllership, Internal Audit, Business Partnering etc. for different Business Units including Beauty & Wellbeing, Personal Care and Nutrition. In his recent assignment at HUL as General Manager, Finance, Mr. Agarwal partnered the Sales and Customer Development vertical.  Mr. Agarwal also has a significant experience in leading global teams. As the Financial Controller for Unilever Shared Services, he has led a geographically diverse team across India, UK, Philippines, and Brazil.

Mr. Amit Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant, and a Company Secretary.
